Hello! The only room with a private balcony is Luxury Residence with Panoramic Acropolis View.
The distance is about one kilometer and a very nice walk in pedestrian streets, through Monastiraki flea market, Roman Agora etc. There is no washing machine but we work with a local laundry. We can also help in renting a mini van.
